13:50 – The rain was intense but short, a pale sun returned to the Foro Italico. The courts are almost ready for the resumption of the game.

A beautiful sun welcomes the fans on the first day of Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2022. The matches are about to begin: 4 first round matches of the male main draw and the final round of the male and female qualifiers. Filip Krajinovic vs. Frances Tiafoe opens the program on Centrale at 11, followed by Francesco Passaro’s debut at the International BNL d’Italia, against Cristian Garin. Third and final match on the main court is Marin Cilic vs. Matteo Arnaldi, tough debut for the 21-year-old from Sanremo. On the Grand Stand Arena, the third match in program is Aslan Karatsev vs. Llyod Harris.
